Need To Restore Deleted Contact

Hi all

I am really hoping that someone is able to help me.

I accidentally deleted a contact from my messenger over 30 days ago so sadly I am not able to use the restore contact feature!

I have added the contact again using his email address and he is appearing in my contact list as his email address and not his name. I spoke to him via Facebook chat last night and he told me that he was online on messenger but that I was appearing offline even though I was online my end. I sent him a message using messenger that he didn’t receive and he sent me a message which I also didn’t receive!

I posted this question in the WLM Help Centre forum but so far it has remained unanswered and I have even tried following the advice given to other posters with similar problems – all to no avail!

It is imperative that I get this contact re-added.
