Hi, I tried the ICQ tech support and their board but they weren’t much help so I thought you bunch might be able to help with this. There is one contact who I have that I can talk to on the ICQphone (PC-PC calls), but when I tried the netmeeting with her it didn’t work (neither the video or audio). On another contact I can talk to on the Netmeeting add on (and the video works fine, but I cannot talk to him on the ICQphone (PC to PC calls). All three of us downloaded/installed both the Netmeeting add on feature and the ICQphone. Is this normal behavior for ICQ, or does one of us have a bug? All three of us are using ICQ pro (latest version) Thanks

What firewalls are each of you using?
Look for a difference in the setup of each system.
Without knowledge of each system it is impossible to make an informed decision here.Well the individual who had trouble with the PC-PC ICQphone calls, it was a simple matter of him updating his ISPs software, and now it works fine. The other individual, the video conversations work on MSN video conversation (voice and video) but it was the ICQ-Netmeeting that was giving us trouble. Neither of us could send voice or video. We both use the Norton firewall. Mines configure to “permit” on everything concering ICQ and Netmeeting. I don’t know how her’s is configured.
