New MSN version out?

I just went to http://www.msn.com, saw underneath the ads on the right “Get the updated version of MSN Messenger now” I clicked on it and it took me to the Messenger website. Is this a new version of the 7.0 beta?

No, but there was a new version of 6.2 that was released the other day due to a display picture venerability found. MSN Messenger 7x beta was not affected by the venerability, but all users on 6.2 are strongly encouraged to upgrade.
