I just now started this and could some one help me out.
Also. My comp wont let me download Trillian. How should i download it?
My sis is on but i dont want to ask her because thats dumb. Im her older twin.~*~Allison~*~
Are you currently using Windows XP.
If you’ve already downloaded Trillian. Try to locate trillian by going to Start Menu >> Search >> For Files or Folders…
If not, do you have Admin. or limited access to the computer. A limited access won’t do much unless if you can switch yours to admin. access.
First off… Welcome to the BBB! This is a great place for IM info, tips and help. It sounds like you may be a very begginer user, and the installation and setup of programs such as Trillian can seem quite complicated to an inexperienced user. If your sister knows a bit more about these things then I would recomend having her show you what you need to do. But if you are set on doin it yourself…
Your question is a bit unclear. You say your computer will not let you download. Is this in general or only Trillian? Do you get an error or any sort of message at all?

Click this to Download Trillianif you want to use Trillian and AIM at the same time. You can only use one AIM screen name at a time. If you have another AIM screen name, you can use it on one of the client. On Trillian, you can have more than one AIM screen names running at the same time. I cannot remember how many screen names you can run at a time.

shifter, thanks. Yeah, I know how to do that but I am concerned about bandwith on Jeff’s server and those with 56k Internet. 🙂
Actually Brain, since the image is not hosted here on the BBB, it takes up none of Jeff’s Bandwidth. And the file size is less than 4kb making it a very quick load even for those on 56k. So unless I’m mistaken, I wouldn’t worry about those issues. Now those smileys on the other hand…
