MemberThis is all stupid crap. AOL should store the profiles on their server instead of allowing them to be changed on users’ computers by this stupid trojan crap. The realphx BS is pointless…a virus that is “adware” that seems to only spread? Sounds like a poor excuse for a virus. They need to think of something new. I am sure that they do not need to resort to overwriting everyone’s profile to get their point accross, whatever it may be. BTW, I do consider their stupid lil software spyware as it installs it without the user’s permission due to a hole in IE. It is all f-ing ridiculous and if i met whoever runs RealPHX, I’d smack ’em up!
AHHH F*CK……just realized I’m infected……those %#*^(#!
Well….until I find removal instructions, I encrypted the info file…hid it…and made it read-only. So far it works and I have restarted AIM and such to make sure. Now…about that fix…the old one from RealPHX didn’t work and just pissed me off more. Anyone else got an idea?

Neither have
I, but if you have Norton 2003+ with the updates; it gets the virus before it infects you.December 22, 2003 at 2:57 pm #87148Fimus

Memberhttp://paradizzle.omgifarted.net should remove it.
The registry file on the site also prevents it from happening again and patchs the hole in Internet Explorer.
