New Years eve we usually have finger foods all night. You never know who may drop in…:D One of everyones favorites is Stuffed Mushrooms…mmmmmmmm This easy recipe is such a treat!
1 Pound or so of Mushrooms
1 8oz pk of Cream Cheese
1 pound of Sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
Remove stems from mushrooms and place on baking sheet. Brown sausage and drain…Add cream cheese and mix well. With a teaspoon place mixture into mushroom cups. Put baking sheet into oven on broil and watch until nice and brown. Serve on plater…They are so yummy….:p
Another favorite finger food is little Sausage dog wraps…I get the Pilsbury pastry dough…cut in triangles and wrap around sausage dogs. Place on baking sheet and place in oven 350*until brown.
Place on plater and serve with your favorite mustard…mmmmmm Yummy!…:D
Hey, my kids love a similar treat, made with the pilsbury cresent rolls, wrapped around the cocktail sausages. We call em pigs in a blanket. They are yummy and we have them for breakfast some special sunday mornings. They are especially good with the cocktail sausages with cheese inside.
