MemberFor the last couple of weeks whenever I am talking to someone, they can see what I am saying but I cannot see what they are saying unless I hit the refresh button and sometimes that does not even work. I spoke to a person that does a lot of networking for computers and he said that the fact that we added a router to connect 2 computers together so that we both could use the internet is probably blocking certain things from coming in from outside. Is this possible? This is getting really annoying.

There is some info on there.
Yahoo! Messenger IMs sometimes go into peer2peer mode, on port 5101 it may therefore be necessary to setup your router for this activity.

Memberno one can do it for you.
What manufacturer is your router?
You will need to set up port forwarding from 5101 port to the IP assigned to your PC.
