Do
you Odigo? If so, you probably know that you can use Odigo to keep in touch
with your friends on ICQ, AIM or Yahoo Messenger. Well, now theyŒve added the
one big missing link: support for MSN Messenger.
To add support for MSN Messenger to your Odigo
client, you must be running
Odigo version
3.1 and install the Odigo
MSN Messenger plug-in.
As with OdigoŒs support for other instant
messengers, you still need to have a free account with the other IMs you want to
connect to, but once youŒve setup your account, you could uninstall the
software and free up some disk space.
Once youŒve installed the MSN plug-in, go to
Login > Other IM Accounts > Setup
to enter your MSN account information. When you want to IM your MSN buddies, go
to Login
and select your MSN screen name to connect. Your
MSN buddies will automatically appear in your Odigo friends list.
Of course, OdigoŒs support for other instant
messengers is limited to basic person-to-person messaging, so if you need all
the other special features (like Yahoo MessengerŒs webcam view) youŒll want to
keep that software around.
If
you use Odigo, and MSN Messenger, check it out and
share your opinion!
