I emailed both Rusty and Shifter about their sites, which aren’t functional anymore… maybe they just changed sites and never updated the blogring, who knows. i’ve deactivated both of the sites temporarily, i’m waiting for them to let me know what’s going on with those. the Captain also let me know about the blogroll code he did, which is fine by me if anyone wants to use it… as long as there is some reference to the ring on the page, it’s all fine. i’d prefer some variation of the remote, but if you want to add the blogroll list to that, i’m fine with it.
as for Crazy Penguin’s site, i noticed he doesnt have a remote. i’ll have to email him about it.

Anyway, what I did was I made a Blogroll and linked directly, but I still have the BBBlogring code from alt-webring, too. So, my blog is up and ready to go! 🙂

Is there a site with reviews or can you peeps give me some good reviews on the best blog sites to use? I have had one at http://www.blogger.com which is good, but I have a feeling I am missing out. I also have one on msn spaces as well, but for me, knowing there are other choices, I like to read up on them before settling down with one blog site. Any info would be great and thanks 🙂

Personally, I’d say Blogger is the best. Some others are MSN Spaces, Xanga and Yahoo! 360. I really only liked Blogger’s way of doing things. The others are just like for if you are going to throw something together. So I’d say you’re best off with Blogger. Do I use it? No, but that’s only ’cause I use the blog software my dad coded.

Personally…I dig diaryx *shrug* it’s highly manipulative…or…something… like that. You get my point *it’s late, dangit* and it’s just…nice, I like it. You can pw protect some entries and not others, code out layouts or use premades and essentially, I just think it’s nice.
Course I used it back in the day when I cared what my blog looked like…now I use my evil MSN spaces because…well it’s easy *laughs*

LOL, I have 3 or 4 on the go right now, I have one with blogger, yahoo 360, msn spaces, opera. That is all I can think of right now 😛
I guess I like blogger the best so far, but I haven’t tried livejournal yet or the others that were suggested, but knowing myself, I probably will :woot:i just started a blog for the first time so mine is new if anyone would like to go take a look. warning these are not normal thoughts lol
