online music playing and type at the same time

Tell me! how to playing music at yahoomessenger chat room while u can still use the keyboard to type what u want.i mean usually before when u wanna talk u have to click on the talk button,when u let go u can’t talk.If u use handsfree icon u have to speak very close to the mic and loud in order for it to work.is there a better way of doing this.And last help me with the online music trick please.thank u very much .
