Are you and your buddies heavy users of Instant Messaging?
Participate in a 3-week research study to improve your understanding of Instant Messaging (IM). We are looking for groups of at least 3 IM buddies to investigate the use of an extension to the AOL Instant Messenger (AIM). Participants will receive a monetary compensation of a $30 Amazon Gift certificate.

Question, do I have to be a current AIM user to qualify for the study, or will any IM do?
Hi, yes, you need to be a current user of AIM (i.e. chat on the AIM network). However, we only need one buddy in your group to be using Windows XP, and the Windows AIM client. The other buddies may use that or other clients (e.g. Adium for Mac, iChat, GTalk) as long as you chat with your AIM screen names on the AIM network.
