OK here’s the problem. Whenever I turn on the pc, it checks the memory and all that stuff, then detecting IDE drivers and then it suddent stops. And it delays for about 15 seconds, then it starts to boot again, listing the cd-rom and dvd-rom drivers (just below the detection of hard disks).
So u know, all that happens right in the first screen u see when u turn it on, its very annoying and I think it has to do with the motherboard of my pc, at least this is the part thats working at this stage of booting and not the hard drive.
Go into your BIOS and check for a “hard disk detection delay”, on older computers this is set higher.
I’m afraid there is no such option in the BIOS menu.
