i hade some photos that were stored on yahoo messenger.the ones that show in the window on your instant messenger. i did not download a new version,but when i signed in there was a generic photo from yahoo messenger. my photo along with all the photos i had stored are gone and now there are the generic photos that yahoo offers now. i did not download a new version on yahoo messenger, what happened? can anyone help?

Yahoo! Messenger Display Images are never stored on your PC in Yahoo! Messenger.

If you had a folder with pictures in it it was probably overwritten when you installed the new build.
