MemberThis might sound kind of stupid or pointless but I don’t care. I was wondering if there is an add on or something that would let you change/lock your friends nickname for as long as you are on.
For an example say that your friend had his/her name as “I love soccer” I was wondering if I could change it to something like “I hate soccer” and have it so that when ever my friend tried to change back thier name it would stay “I hate soccer” until I “unlocked” it or signed off

ParticipantUh, of course not, do you realize how fast that would get out of hand? Not to mention the fact that it is an invasion of privacy.

MemberThere is MsgPlus, which lets you set aliases, and you could thus change someone’s name to “I hate soccer”, but it would only show up on your screen. 🙂

Of course there is, it’s called “MSN evil”. It’s in Visual basic code. Get it here. (I’ve never tried it out, I’m not sure how to use it.)
EDIT: Dead Link removed. Use a search engine if you want this app.

ParticipantThe site appears to be offline (thankfully). According to a google cache of that page it does the following:
Quote:quote:This program will change an MSN contacts nickname to ‘My Anus Is Bleeding!’ and won’t let them change it back.It won’t give you the option to choose a less vulgar nickname, so this isn’t exactly what you were looking for anyway. Obviously it appears that your request may be possible, but this type of activity is not condoned by BigBlueBall. It could be used for very hurtful and harmful purposes to unsuspecting victims. So I am removing the link, even though it is currently dead. If you want this program you will need to find it on your own. Thanks.
