The long-awaited Hard-Disc Drive for PlayStation 2 will be released at the end of the month (March). It is 40 GB and comes with Final Fantasy XI preinstalled. It connects to the back of the console. The PS2 Network Adaptor connects to the back of the hard drive.

Woo hoo! Final Fantasy XI is finally coming out!:D Im assuming thats the american relaese date. Any news on the UK release?

Also, ive heard rumours that final Fantasy XI will also be packaged with the network adaptor as well as the hard drive. Does anyone have any news on this?

I’m sorry to say that there is currently no release date for UK. If that changes, I’ll post it.

Oh well. At least I have Final Fantasy X-2 to keep me going untill then. Thanks for the info.
