How do I prevent postings from messing up… Especially ones I would like to edit for updates?
Goo-buellygook such as this!
quot; rules:”^…” or “^…$”
Um, where are you seeing this? I haven’t experienced it, but if you’ve found a OLD post that exhibits this problem, it might be an artifact from our conversion from .asp to .php (over a year ago now).

Its an old posting but I had wish to update it. Such randomness is scattered throughout the ruleset itself.
Should I just make a new posting?
Let’s try a new post, then if that works, I’ll add a pointer to the new one and lock the old one.
New thread posted… Thanks for your help Jeff.
Problem solved; bug squashed. 🙂
