hey can some one help me out there,
the thing s everytime try to upgrade my msn messenger it wont work. t stays eth same version. please help me. thanxIts really hard to understand what u mean…but are you sure u dont actually have the latest msn version, so ur not actually ugrading coz u have the most recent update ?

i am usng msn messenger version 4.5.0125
everytime i log on to msn messenger at the top it says “newer version of msn messenger” i clcik on that and it says completed but when check by going to tools>about msn messenger it has not changed.

Try an alternative to upgrade.
Go to the Messenger Website n’ download a fresh copy. (it won’t actually be a fresh copy but it will prolly work). Cheers.

Ok just try to do a clean up.
Uninstall MSN Messenger altogether n’ then reinstall.

v just done that as well it still is not working and it is annoyng me to helllllllllllllllllllllllllll.

Go to control panel > add/remove programs…find msn messenger and uninstall it completely off ur computer…then download and (or if u have already downloaded it) install msn messenger back onto ur computer…hopefullly that should do the trick!
