OK so as you see it…… you download the upgrade and it should automatically install? You then open the application n its now the latest version?
How about you list step by step what you do starting with……..
Step1: download upgrade from MSN
Step2: ??????
Step3: ??????

that is the only step i do
a window comes up saying do you want install the latest version of messenger i click yes i see the installing window and it says installation complete.but when i check by going to help>about it does not change the version.
