i was hoping someone could help me.. ive been using deadAIM for a looong time with my regular AIM and I just upgraded to the newest version of AIM and now my deadAIM doesnt work!! 🙁 I’m lost without it! so if anyone knows how I can fix this problem, please send me an email, respond to this post or IM me at Chickee765

-shelly.Hmm… what version of DeadAIM do you have? the updated version 4.5 should work with the new AIM. If you have 4.1 it won’t work properly for AIM 5.5, but it will for 5.2
i had version 1.2! thanks for the help i’ll try downloading the new version, but I think you have to pay for the new one 🙁
Deadaim 1.2 will only work with AIM 5.2 and below, Deadaim 4.1 is AIM 5.5.3415 and below I believe, and Deadaim 4.5 is all versions.

Yes you do have to pay for DeadAIM 4.5
If I were you, I would just revert back to AIM 5.2 or whatever you had. I don’t like AIM 5.5 very much (but I’ve only tried the beta). Seems to just put unnecessary junk onto your computer. You may obtain both AIM 5.2.3292 and DeadAIM 3.2.x from http://www.oldversion.com legally.

yea aimplayer is right..but who cares its not like anyone hasn’t done anything illegal on the computer.
