ParticipantHi,
I’ve been having some problems with someone who spyies and interfers in my MSN conversations.
The thing is that I’d like to add some contacts but I think, he has banned thoses contacts so, neither them nor me, can add each other. And, which is more, we can’t even email each other: we don’t recieve the emails we send each other.
I know it has been this person and it is not a problem with MSN because it only happens with contacts related to him.
The question is:
is there any way that I can add this people to my MSN?
How can I unblock our MSN accounts? Thanks a los for your time.

ParticipantHello and welcome to BBB! There are times when adding a contact does not seem to work, and it can be for various reasons. However, I must tell you that what you are saying is happening makes no sense with regard to WLM.
The only person who can block someone from contacting you is YOU! The same goes for you being blocked contacting someone else. Only that person can block you (or unblock you) from their list. I’m certain you are aware of the Tools/Options/Privacy choice from the WLM main menu where you can block or unblock your contacts, and that is where it would be done. Unless someone is getting into your account (and they’d have to know your password) and blocking people, I can’t possibly imagine how you’d be having this problem. Even if they are doing that – if you go to those menu options, you can unblock them with a simple click.
The person you are trying to add must have a passport login for Windows Live. They do not have use a hotmail or msn email, but they do need to register with Windows Live. If they have not, no matter how many times you add them to your contact list it won’t work.
I don’t know how someone could spy on your conversations unless they’ve installed a program on your computer to record your activity and are accessing the information that way. However if they know your password for email and WLM they could be deleting emails and offlines. Perhaps you should consider changing your password to both for good measure and doing a complete virus & spyware scan with up to date definitions as well as running a Hijack This log to look for any other nasties which may be on your machine.
