MemberWhen I log into my profiles to edit them, the only one that shows up is my main ID, none of my aliases are there. This happened after I deleted an alias and then all were gone. When I type the alias name after profiles.yahoo.com; the name will show up and when I go to re-create the aliases that are missing it says they’re taken. I logged in using an alias on the yahoo main page and in messenger. When I log in the alias shows up in messenger in the drop down box. However when I chose to go to the room under that alias I get booted offline.
I logged in under another computer and the same result. I deleted my cookies, my messenger, and cleaned up my pc. I’ve rebooted but still no dice. Is there a fix for this or any suggestions?

MemberDude it sounds to me like you deleted the main profile lmfao but still had aliases…but hmm, if that’s not the case, I’m not really sure. Sounds like your ID is just screwed up. Obviously you can’t create them if they are showing up in the profiles.yahoo.com though. All I can suggest is logging into messenger on the alias ID and entering a room on it, instead of having to choose from the drop down list so it won’t boot you off. Maybe someone knows more about this, but I’ve surely never heard of this problem.
Good luck

MemberIm able to log in under my main account ID, but my aliases do not show up at all. They weren’t taken or changed because I checked their profiles and the pictures and info are intact. Its as if they’re there but not visible. I’ve logged into messenger with one of the aliases and all is fine. However when I try to go to a chatroom I get disconnected, maybe yahoo wiped out all my aliases? I’m unsure as to what happened.
They might show up again, or they were locked for some reason. Thanks for your suggestion.

MemberOk, sounds to me like they are banned for some reason. I made a program to unban accounts, but my sites been banned in these forums. But, you can still do it using Yahoo!’s page – http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/mesg/cgi_log fill that out. If they aren’t banned then I don’t know what is wrong.
