This is just a little congratulations I wanted to make for RabidKitten aka Sami, a very loved and cherished member of BBB since August 20, 2003.
Recently she reached 1000 posts (although now she has a bit more so technically it is 1000+). She has been Member of the Month for October of 2004 and is currently a Mentor for the Community Center (All which are rightfully earned). As always Sami has kept the forums even more alive with her wit, charm, and straight forward honest answers and so I felt compelled to congratulate her for this achievement and I think many of you will too! OR ELSE! *shakes fist*
So Sami, may you remain a long time member of BBB, because honestly, I don’t think it would be the same without you!!! *Big hugs*

So…I’m sitting here, my hand clamped over my mouth and laughing for about 90 seconds before I could actually write anything. I am purely…astonished. Heh, that’s really all I can say, I honestly am just so flattered that anyone would notice, and even moreso that you, Antonio, would go through the trouble of announcing it. It’s just so incredibly touching…I, gah, I’m speechless…although not really because we all know that I could never be -speechless- *wink*
‘Tonio, I love the picture, thank you so very much and you know me better than that! *thwap, grins* I don’t mind you using the picture at all. I have to admit, it’s more flattering than quite a few others I have that you could’ve used…like Donald Duck picking my nose or me sucking on a tea bag. *giggle* Really, it’s wonderful, and thank you so much for going through the time to make it and the presence of mind to announce something like that for me. It’s truely very sweet of you. *great big, little Sami hug* And I swear I’m going to hold up to that game boy date we have planned *wink*
The rest of you, thank you so much for the kind kind words. It really warms my heart to hear such things from the folks around here. I know I’m not very technically useful, but I really try hard to bring my own kind of aspect to the forums and give interesting points and a smile to each one of you.
Heh, Tom, it’s definately another step in my addiction, I might as well get a tattoo of the globe on the back of my head at this point!

I can’t help but smile when I sit here and realize that I’m on a first name basis with most of you, which, at least to me, really means something. Honestly, I didn’t notice that I was getting close until someone pointed it out one day to me. I couldn’t tell you what my 1000th post actually was, but I did get a rep point from someone, referenced back to a completely random topic I posted at a few months ago. Whoever that was, thank you for noticing, it was very sweet of you.
