MemberHere is a recipe for those of you who think you can’t cook! It’s fast and easy. My son is 22 (single) and even he can cook this one! He says his friends love it. Most of all because you can eat it with your fingers!
Try it… I think you’ll like it. 🙂BBQ Cups[/b]
1lb. Hamburger
1 half cup chopped onions (optional)
1 half cup chopped green peppers (optional)
1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
1Pk. Pillsbury Plain Biscuits
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 muffin panCook first three ingredients on stovetop until hamburger is browned.
Drain grease
Add BBQ sauce to mixture and stirOpen biscuits…do this next step one at a time,
Flatten one biscuit and line cup holder of muffin pan.
Spoon in BBQ mixture. Repeat until all biscuits are used.Bake in oven according to directions on biscuit can.
About 1 minute before biscuits are finished remove from oven
and top each with cheddar cheese. (or your preference of cheese.)
Return muffin pan back to oven for remaining minute to melt topping.July 30, 2003 at 3:23 am #58312angela2k3

MemberThank you Yaya, this sounds like a great idea to give my 2 year old. She’s so picky and I think she would love the cups. I’m always interested in new ideas, same dinner every week gets boring.
My thoughts are with you and your family – I have family in the military as well. I’m sure your a proud Mom. Thanks again.

MemberThis is not just good for people who can’t cook, it is also good for people like me. Who is going to school to be a chef, and currently works as a cook at a restaurant, and after a hard day at work is just a little to lazy to make a big meal for myself.
It does sound good though, I need to try it some day.
