Unfortunatly thats soemthing which need to be registered that means we have to buy it to use it….Anyway, does anyone know abt any good registry cleaner which is freeware too?

Try http://www.snapfiles.com (used to be webattack.com) and search under freeware. They always have good free software for those kind of things.
