OK I have the movie/slideshow on a CD but the CD is badly scratched so I tried to copy the file onto my computer but I go an error and it wouldn’t copy, so my questions are, can I get this file onto my computer anyway at all, and also about 8 mins into the movie it stops playing (its only 12:36 long) but if you fast forward past that part it plays, is there a program or way to repair this?
I am sure there is some kind of software where u can capture video from the source or in other words, u can capture the video while its playing from the CD and then latter on u can save it to the hard drive. I dont know Windows Movie Maker is capable of doing that. Try that or Camcast..
ok I cant find windows movie maker, when I got the new computer I always delete stuff like that from the start menu, I didnt unistall it just cant find it, and I never heard of Camcast, I googled it and got a casting agency
ok I found it under C:/program files/moviemaker
I couldnt find a way to capture the video using movie maker
ok new question since last one seems to be answerless, is there a freeware program that will allow me to capture video that is playing in winamp or windows media player? also anyone have anyideas how I can join 2 video pieces together to form one?
Try this software and about combining the video files, I think, this is the answer.
Let us know if it works.
