Retrieving old IMs

Can I get old IM’s that I need for a important situation. Do they stay on the c drive or is there a way to get deleted IM’s

If you have archiving on, you sure can. If you don’t have archiving active, then you’re not able to. 🙁

As Venom said, if message archive is enabled, then you can get your old messages. Please note that in older Y!Ms there is the set date where the message in the archive will be deleted..
