I dont think there’s a way to format other people’s screen names. What I do is make a group with the person’s name and add all of their screen names to that group.
I think they might offer it in the new Dead Aim, but I have to pay like $4.75, but thanks anyways. 😮
If you are fortunate enough to have linux you could grab a copy of gaim and use their alias feature which allows you to give someones screenname another name that will only show up on your computer….I don’t know of any windows programs that have this feature. I’m not sure about DeadAIM, I stopped using it when it strayed from the freeware path.
Right click on their screen name click on store buddy edit/comment and then in the comment box type their name and then when you put ur mouse over thier name it will say their name along with how long they have been online and crap
Trillian does allow for the use of viewing members by a given nickname instead of by screen name so that its easier for you to see who exactly is online.
