M.A.C. Icons isnt a plug in, but more like a tool that alters AIM and its appearance.

Heres mine:

I absolutely LOVE yor version of the AIM buddylist. Does anyone think it is possible to make this happen with ResHacker??

ParticipantWell, here’s some of my old work. I’ll update it when I have some sort of motivation. These are my old iMod projects.

Besides, they layout is so cluttered the menu actually has to go up the side, name another program that has forced itself into doing that, just one.
Thank God that something that vile cannot be created with ResHacker.

haha, but if you did break down the entire aim program and build it up the way you wanted it to look then sure you can make it. But you would really have to know what your doing.

Actually, building that retarded scrollbar is nearly impossible with Windows GUI programming. I have no idea how that could be done without writing the text to the window in a very strange way.
I hate to offend anyone, but that GUI…..geez, I haven’t seen anything with that much useless junk on it in a long time. I don’t understand why anyone needs all that crap on their buddy list. Things like the IM block/games stuff; why the heck should that be on the list when you have it on the IM box already? And you have about 4 status indecators…Why? It just doesn’t make any sense. It’s worse than the default AIM is.
Sorry if I offended anyone that did like that GUI.

July 5, 2004 at 10:58 am #77998Gizmo

July 5, 2004 at 11:16 am #77999Gizmo
Memberyes, it really looks like that..and no im not running a mac just a mac theme (styleXP) the hardest part for me was to change the rate meter caller and the IM window size..now if someone could help me out im trying to take out the rate meter w/ out using a program that does it for you (because you need to have the program running at all time your using aim)
