i have been havin mad probs. wit my aim. when I put my away message on and go away from my comp everytime I come back I am signed off and the im’s I got wen I wuz away are all open but I am not signed on. I need some help.
try fixing your preferences in AIM and also make sure you do not have your computer’s power settings set on hibernate mode. this happened to my roommate…her computer was set on hibernate after like 20 minutes or so…after she set the power mode to “always on” she didnt have any more problems. let us know if it helps.

If you are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP: Control Panel > Power Options > Power Schemes.
