These skins is based on Sky Blue Yahoo! Messenger skin. the color of it is only edited.

When you test it, go into a chat room and test voice chat, and see if the chatter’s ID is black or as dark as the skin is. It’s a bug in the Mystic Black skin too.

Really? never seen it before, Y!M 9 must be buggy with some of the skins.
