strange problem

I log on to yahoo messenger just fine. I get a message from a friend,send them one that they get and then all of a sudden they continue to get messages I send but I do not get their reply. I use dsl internet and have never had this problem before. It has been going on for 2 weeks. I have updated to 5.6 after this problem started and have checked all my scripting in security. Any ideas?

Is it just happening with this ONE friend or have you tried getting a reply from others? If you need to you can IM me and we can test it.
