Since I could not find a place other then messengers to put this, like off topic catagory so I will put it here.
I was wondering if anyone else on here has had their briefcase on yahoo with pictures in it suddenly disappear? I went the other day to get a copy of a picture of me to put on my profile, went to briefcase opened it and all my pictures were gone all all the folders were gone.
I wrote to yahoo about it of course they never sent me a reply back. I still have my breifcase can log in and check and all and do all other things in yahoo, so I know someone did not get on and delete them. Maybe yahoo decided to delete peoples yahoo pictures. Who knows of anyone does let me know.
Only thing Ive come across since they did whatever it was the did last month with dividing your briefcase and photo ablum. Pictures you want to use on your profile have to be in the ablum marked Yahoo Photo Album. Any other Album and you get a red X on profile in place of the pic. I had one problem before they made any changes and still today. When Id upload a pic that was .bmp it wouldn’t show up in the folder. Even though Yahoo says your pics should be .jpg or .bmp. :o(
I remeber a tiny little warning about briefcase and photos about one month ago. I did not really read it or pay heed to it because I was (and AM) really busy with work…..now my photos are gone too 🙁 I guess I should not complain too much since they DID give me a TINY warning. But you are not alone…
