Memberi hope I could talk about this subject’ anwayz my question is how do u delete all the peoples in your list at once? (theres like alot of people in my list and i’m tired of reading their message so if some1 could help that would be very helpful:)
-Thanks-November 28, 2004 at 8:55 pm #106194neo_ny_23
Memberyou mean buddylist or friend’s list? Its simple I guess. Just delete the whole group. But, I also tried deleting some people onmy buddy list, but guess what? they were all there when I logged in the next time. So even if it shows that this person has been deleted, the next time I log in, the same person’s id is still there. So its ridiculous. I have given up deleting any one.

Memberhey! thats the samething that happened to me when I do the single delete for the whole list.
i also did delete the whole group but the next time I logged on the group was there w/ out nicknames, and that was the last time I saw ”delete group” when I right click on the group’ name. Gosh…i’m confuse.December 4, 2004 at 4:53 am #106195princeG
ParticipantPerhaps u could use this little program that removes you from other ppl’s contact list Then try to delete them again and they may not appear on your list next time. http://forums.chat-help.co.uk/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=235
Perhaps :pDecember 4, 2004 at 7:21 am #106201BuddhaSmile
MemberYahoo seems to be limiting the number of changes you can make to your friends list each day. Probably when you try to delete all your friends, the number of changes exceeds the limit Yahoo has set, so it does not accept the change.
Why not create a new name, then give your new name to the people you do want to stay in contact with?

Memberi don’t think that would work princeG but “perhaps” it will so i’m going to take a shot at it.
-Thanks-December 6, 2004 at 2:07 am #106204cuteb0mberchick

Participantwhat did it do exactly?
December 7, 2004 at 6:47 am #106206cuteb0mberchick
MemberWell firstly I don’t know how it works but it asked something about my id and ps or something like that I don’t really remember after that I click ok”(don’t know what it said exactly) then my yahoo messenger logged off so I tried to logged on again but it keep saying “you have logged on in another computer” what a retard… so I logged on in another sn then go back to that sn again and it works like normal and now i’m so happy:) and I feel like a dumbass—i think I need to take some grammar classes if theres one lol.

Participantwell yeah, all u have to do there is log in with your sn and password and then type the persons id that your interested in getting your name removed from his/her list. But you have to be off line from yahoo messenger when u do that, thats why the “have logged in from another location” or something message.
And hey, your a rookie now 😉December 8, 2004 at 3:59 am #106207cuteb0mberchick
