i’ve tried to sign on many times, and I keep getting a message that says “Sign on refused by proxy.” What is proxy and how come it wont let me on??:confused:
On the signon screen, click on setup, then click on “Sign on/off” on the side. Click on the Connections button on the screen that shows up. Uncheck the “Connect with proxy” box, and then press AutoConfigure and see if that will fix it.
