ParticipantTo put in a poll, use the “Topic Tools” menu that should appear right above your first post and click the “Add a Poll to this Topic” button. the rest should be fairly self-explanatory.
personally I prefer so it comes out the top. One of my roommates last year preferred it out the bottom, which caused a good deal of annoyance with the rest of us til we convinced him to deal with it.

MemberI like the bottom. Don’t ask me why. I guess it’s just how it’s always been done in my family.
Unusual topic but a good one!

MemberThere is only one “correct” way to load a roll of toilet paper, and that, obviously, is so that it rolls out over the top.
There are, however, two acceptable exceptions to this rule. If you have cats and/or toddlers who like to batt the roll and make it spin, you are granted an exception to the rule. Loading it the “wrong” way will effectively prevent them from leaving a small mountain of toilet paper on the floor of your bathroom.

You must have had some sedintary and content cats….ours (when they choose to play with tp) tend to leave a trail…at the end of said trail is shredded TP…and I like my TP where it belongs…in the toilet after serving its purpose.
