Unable to load IM environoment

There are many im environments that I am not able to load.
Can someone explain why?

I think both users need to have the same version of Yahoo Messenger for IMVironments to load correctly.

No.. I am not even talking to others yet… I am testing myself. At my work pc, I have no problem, at home. I had the problem. I resintalled already, same thing….

Does your work computer restrict activex components, or flash?
