uhmmm…the problem is not my account got banned totally…the problem is I can still log in to all the site with my account….just that I couldnt log in the account on messenger…it prompted me a message telling me that password invalid or something like that….really weird…when I tried to log in my account to yahoo games site/email/anything…it just work fine….only it wont let me connect on yahoo messenger.
the account is chat banned… I could go into a lengthy post of how and why, but I wont. I will simply say that I have had this happen to me many times and the only way to fix the account is to beg yahoo.
it looks like there banning names again from posting links :p I allready had 3 out of 5 names get locked for posting a link to yahoo photos…….damn yahoo
yeah that really sux…:mad: though that was a totally kewl name xlx_blackplague_xlx it lets me login to java chat though… I can kiss it bu bye though it’s been 3 or 4 days now still nothing I even changed the password lol.. oh well is it posssible to delete the account and get it again? and it be unlocked?
i dont know blackplague…they said if you log in to http://login.yahoo.com/config/login?.emailCode=9f34 …it will help you to unlock your account…but err I have tried that like lol…lets see….COUNTLESS times to log in and out but still the same…and I even change my password like you do…but yahoo still blocked me logging in to messenger…u can delete the main account? …if its sub account….yup maybe you can get it back….but if its work…please do hit me back 😀 blackplague
by the way king of chaos…what you mean posting link to yahoo photos? …i thought yahoo server have banned that long time ago?…dont know 😛
for the last couple of months I was able to post links in chat rooms to yahoo websites….but whenever I post one my name gets locked……but it wont do it on 2 of my names….weird!! 😉
wow I dont know that yahoo actually banned ppl like that….sometime I wonder the porn bots in yahoo chat is actually coming from yahoo….yahoo dont seem much to do with the thing.

yea yahoo locked 3 of my names, all 3 got unlocked this morning, but they got locked again when I said hi in a chat :))

i think chat banns also after they expire just go away and you can get back on messenger im gonna try a few things like mychat yahlite etc. the different caht clients with a cookie login lol but if I come across anything zapgirl i’ll tell ya aiight peace
is it possible yahoo did this because of the ascii characters in the name or the age saying 9999?
lol…i dont know blackplague if thats going to work…but GOOD LUCK 😀 …uhmm….i dont think the age 9999 will ban u…by the way I think yahoo banned us from changing our age to 4 digits…i tried that last week….it dont work for me…when I clicked on the submit…it prompted me back to login page 🙁
King of chaos, I think i’m going to try to open an new account just for testing posting link in chat and see whats going to happen to me 🙂

lol aiight I was also told it was a chat bann it wont last forever it will eventually die out lol… die out yeah hmm what about the immortals they need there corect age lmao
