When I try to add a friend or edit contact info, Yahoo! Messenger says “Unknown Error. Please try again.” I’ve been retrying for several days, which seems like enough. How do I fix this?
It sounds like you might be running BETA. I was trying to change contact info and a whole bunch of things, then I realized that 6.0 came out and they weren’t letting BETA do a few things. Either up or downgrade your version and try again.
