MemberI have the same problem and judging from the archives here, so do several others. Anyone have any solutions? (I’ve tried everything suggested so far and nothing works).

MemberI’m not sure if this is related…but i was playing Yahoo! Pool last night and many of us cud not access player’s member data and also, when u won a game, ur rating did not rise! Perhaps Yahoo are having a few problems, or there are maintenace checks going on!!

MemberI have been able to fix this problem, but you need some computer knowledge. FIrst uninstall Yahoo. Then go into the registry and search for every reference to Yahoo and delete it. Then search for every reference of ypager and delete it. Then search for ymsgr and delete it. Then go into the file system and delete all references to Yahoo. Reboot the system then reinstall Yahoo and you should be all good.

Your name is not indicative of your ability to understand a common prob. thanx ‘hater your ‘fix’, it works always.

MemberCould have 2 problems. One is that you have been chat banned. The other is that your yahoo files, etc. need to be cleaned out and reinstalled.
There are other posts in this forum which tell you exactly how to delete yahoo, so that there are no other files located on your computer and you can start from scratch.
