Hi,
Can someone view or record or hack my video chat.
If not someone, can an admin do that.

It depends on where you are (work, school, public library) and where the person you are calling is.

Ok.suppose if both parties r in their private home desktops.do someone remote can hack or eavsdrop those video calls in skype?

If you’re both at home, then there is a slim to none chance that your video is being compromised. I know for a fact that every Skype call is encrypted, and the video may very well be, too. You’re safe, don’t worry.
