KeymasterNick72918, I deleted the link you gave, because you linked directly to the EXE. We need to have confidence that the file is from a reliable source. Provide a link to the site and the evidence that this file can be trusted, not directly to the EXE, ok?
Besides, Tracer already provided a link to a reputable source with step-by-step instructions for removing the virus (a few replies back).

MemberThere is also a alleged fix on http://www.realphx.com. Originally you had to pay to get it, but now they have released a program to remove the av.exe file that is the adware. If you don’t feel comfortable using the program that they supply to remove it and it’s other components, which is found Here, you can go Here and follow the supplied instructions to remove it. I’d suggest immediately changing any AIM passwords that have been saved during your period of infection because the Realphx.com adware, or trojan.sinkin, sends the information that is stored in your registry about AIM to a remote host of it’s own.

MemberBeware, it says that you can only get the ADware by clicking on “Click Here To Enter Now!” but when i clicked the disclaimer link i got the adware. Be careful…
Also, i tested the removal software, it seems to work.
