I have been looking to find out weather the Dell Dimesion B110 is Vista capable, with a gig of ram?
My friend has one and she wants to know.
I can’t find any info.
Microsoft has a page that tells you what a Vista capable PC needs, and what a PC needs to have all the cool effects. Check it out here.
I tried to look up the specs for that computer, but there are like 4 or 5 with the same name in that whole series. Hopefully with the link you can figure out if it is or not.
Do you guys have the software to install this version? I want to upgrade my compt also, but I couldn’t find the software to install this vista version!
Thanks,
The Vista os hasn’t come out yet.
Release Candidate 1 was available for download for a while, but Microsoft ended that since the official release is just a short way off. You might be able to find a friend who downloaded it and borrow their DVD. It came with a Product Key that is valid for up to 10 PCs.
I should note that Vista RC1 is a time-limited version that will stop working in June 2007 (so you’ll have to buy a legitimate license eventually).
