I am using the free Trillian .74
I know Trillian Pro 1.0 supports Web cams,
but does it support voice chat?Voice chat is a headache to sort out. It’s something we want to support, but since the voice chat protocols are changing on a few of the systems, we’d rather wait until they finish the new ones and sort out how to use those, rather than having a repeat of the webcam situation. :/

That’s a joke, right? So we’re now on the 3rd incarnation of Trillian, and it still only replaces 2 programs!
The Yahoo webcam situation was caused by Scott and Kevin, not by Yahoo or anyone else! They’re the ones who refused to issue a fix for 9 months and counting, while still claiming that the feature works properly! Their business practices are not only unethical but also illegal. The only thing saving them is that it’s not worth suing for $25. Because if they were sued for false advertising, they wouldn’t have a leg to stand on.
If Scott and Kevin ever want to dream about having a product that is half as good as either the Yahoo or MSN clients, they need to get voice support in there ASAP! The idea behind Trillian is to replace 4 other programs, not run side-by-side with them because support for major features is missing. Maybe if they would actually come back from the vacation they took after releasing 1.0, they could put out a program that actually does half of what the programs this supposedly replaces do!
