MemberDidn’t know where to put this so I put it in privacy and Safety. There is a product made by Idigital Technologies called Key thief. It is a system monitor that records keystrokes and helps parents find out what websites kids go to and what user names and password they use or who they talk to in chats and messangers.
People are now using this program to put in applications that someone may download off websites as a way to use it as a key logger so they can steal as many uernames and passowrds of as many people as they can.
I was using SpySweeper by Weebroot to check my computer for Adware and Spyware. When SpySweeper found 26 traces in various locations on my computer.
I was looking for desktop mates the ones that do things on your computers desktop since I am making my own and wanted to see how other people made theirs and what they did and also wanted to see if anyone else made any using other applications besides MSagent. I gotten it off a desktop mate I installed off my computer.
Here is what I gotten when I used SpySweeper.

HighDescription:
Key Thief is a monitoring utility that logs all keystrokes typed and stores the captured information into a log file for later retrieval.
Characteristics:
Key Thief logs all keystrokes and the application in which the keystrokes were entered. Key Thief also has a keyword feature in which the program takes a screen shot when one of the keywords is typed. Key Thief emails the logs to a predefined email address via its own email engine.
Method of Infection:
Key Thief can only be installed by someone with administrative access to your computer, such as a system administrator or someone that shares your computer
So watch out that you do not download this program that is in a appication or program you get off a website.
