it is the truth. I am not showing you this site to be like wow cool….i am showing you this because it is real and true. that site gets away with it. people all over are recording and sending the owners of that site pictures of teen girls showing on cam.

If so, you can report this to webmaster and they’ll have this site removed pronto.Holy crap! Some of them are clearly 13 years old!!?!? That is against the law…exploiting minors online. Sounds oddly like…child pornography!
Theres a lot of sites with girls under 18 topless. Every country has its own age limit, mostly 16 I think. Theres only a handful 15 and under. Im talkin about sites centered around a particular girl as the model too, not some free for all picture site of unnamed teens.
Generally the legal standard is whether the girls are in sexually suggestive poses or not. I guarantee that every girl on the sites that Im talkin about have their parents blessing and full support. Some probably even run the sites.
Great Brittain has a lot of 16-18 topless sites. I think I remember the law there is that the parents sign and be present at every shoot.
Also a judge ruled last month in florida that pictures of topless girls under 18 arent considered child pornography. I think it concerned a website with pictures from a nude beach.
Last night I saw on tv that 2 or 3 17 year old girls were in a wet tshirt contest in daytona beach and their pictures wound up in a playboy video. They are suing a bunch of people but I dont think I heard them say anything about criminal charges.
On the flip side I forget what state it was but last month cops charged a 15 year old girl with child pornography for posting naked pictures of herself on the internet. Its the first case of a defendant also being the victim. Shell probably plead out though so it wont set any precidents.
Your right about your kids with web cams. Nothing positive can come out of your daughter having a web cam. Especially not alone in her room
True, it’s totally disgusting (not to mention highly illegal) that underage females/males are recorded on webcams and parents are obviously (!) absolutely right to ban them from your children using OR VIEWING them. I’d be having a heart attack if I had kids on the internet at ALL. But for consenting adults, I think it’s fine. I never show my face and usually keep my cam open. If you’re careful to protect your anonymity, it’s just a bit of clean fun–or naughty fun if that’s what you like. 🙂 Just BE CAREFUL!

IMO it isn’t exploitive if the girls like doing it. Just as long as they’re not under 14. If a 16 or 17 year-old wants to do it, I could care less.
The problem is, a girl of 16 or 17 still isn’t legally capable of making that decision, therefore, it is exploitation and if you view minors (in the U.S., under 18 is still a minor) in sexually suggestive poses or situations, you are indeed, viewing kiddie porn and believe me, the feds are out there looking for you, as well they should be.

I am 14 going on 15 myself. I actually do find webcams to be an alright thing, if you know webcam safety (which my mom went over with me millions of times)… I think that if a family has a webcam, it should be in the living room, or a room parents are usually in, I actually use it quite frequently to see my friends back in my last town, and the town before that. and they can see me, it actually cures home sickness a lot.. I only use it on people I know well…. like my friends… thats it. and my mom uses it for uncle.. because he lives in a country that it the fees would be massive to call..
public shows are baddddd newwsss.. liikkeee ewwww news… a bad idea totally
and just to note, I do have a computer in my room, but it doesn’t have internet access.. just games like the sims. and a whole ton of word programs

Just another tidbit about this kind of stuff… It does not matter, by the way, that “the girls are from Australia” like a previous poster mentioned. It does not matter in WHAT country the website is located. The problem is, if it is illegal in YOUR country, you are breaking the law by viewing pictures of underage males or females. Also, the way the U.S. laws are right now, if you even download a zip file, UNOPENED, and it happens to contain photos of underage individuals in sexual situations, etc., you are in possession of child pornography. If you downloaded something thinking you are receiving adult porn and there is some kiddie porn mixed in (even if you are unaware of it!), you are in possession of child pornography. If you see a photo of something that looks like a child on a porn site (let’s say a thumbnail size) and you click to enlarge it, just to see if it IS a child or not, you are in possession of child pornography. This is a felony. You can lose your job, your home, your family, your freedom, etc. So please be careful with not only webcams but with shady websites in general. Thanks to the completely disastrous Megan’s Law, all these mistakes (even if they ARE genuine mistakes) and poor judgment, curiousity, etc., can land you in prison and entitle you to a nice listing in the sex offender’s registration list.
Just to put things back in perspective… nothing I saw on that site would have been considered child pornography. Viewing pictures of girls flashing their boobs on cam isnt gonna land anyone in jail.
XRated, true what you say. But you are in the UK I presume and things are a little different there. I’m just talking about the U.S. because that’s the only country I know about and here, laws vary from state to state, as you know. Also, I’m only talking about the federal laws here which apply to the entire nation. The judge’s ruling in Florida, therefore, could be overruled by the federal laws if the need arose. It probably wasn’t an issue because the girl(s) was on the outside edge of the age boundary and they let it slide (although it might be under appeal for all we know). Your message seems to be that it’s no big deal in the UK for that age range of girl to be topless and I realize that IS true–but over here, it is a big deal. Pedophiles and kiddie porn collectors are the scumsucking slime of the earth but normal people sometimes don’t realize that they are truly playing with fire by even sampling porn on the Internet, bumbling around with no knowledge of how these laws work. They have NO idea what the laws even ARE and therefore, they’re running a huge risk they’re not even aware of, that’s all. Well, that’s waaay more than my 2 cents, so I’ll shut up now. lol
