Webcam capture program

Yes proto_logic!! I like to show on cam (never my face…) and always give guys the URL for yCamCap or Camtasia for exactly that purpose. 🙂 They love it! I have read the warnings in here from people talking about webcams and it’s true that it’s a serious danger for minors but I’m well over 18 (hehee) and have great fun with this!! 🙂

hey guys could you help me out? i’m trying to capture my girlfriends webcam with snatchit7 but it says I don’t have a compressor?? any ideas or maybe another program I could use to record her video I would greatly appreciate!! please email me 🙂

I don’t see how some of you think it is not okay for someone to find out if your invisable or not, saying it is a invasion of privacey. But yet you think it is okay to record someone on cam without their knowldege. Only thing I can think of why you do not ask permission to record is because you know they will say no most of the time, or you may want to use the video as a way to control them or threaten them, like if you do not talk to me I will send this video of you on cam I got out to people.

I think recording people without their knowledge is wrong just as trying to find out if they are invisable is wrong. Both are wrong and this site so not endorse or help people find programs to record someone on cam without their knowldge.

Also I am tired of hereing the same excuse for why people think it is okay to record them on cam without their knowledge, it is their faulot they know if they get on cam they have a chance of being recorded and if they don’t want recorded they should not get on cam.

I seriously doubt most of you would want recorded without your knowledge.

yahoo webcam capture well I am not to using programs if all you want is a pic..but to caputre the whole cam from start to end as a moive I mean.. but if all you want is a pic off the cam make cam full screen are dont have to that just gets cam pic and nothign in the back ground.. hit the print

Just look on your computer for the file that is changing, I am running winXP pro and using yahoo messenger version 6.0.0.1750 and it just so happens that it is in

C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorLocal SettingsTemp

Now the part where it says administrator will be what ever name you sign onto your comptuer as, this is the default if you didn’t set up other users.

But the file name is image.bmp, I have tried this in super mode and in reg mode and the file name has stayed the same, now when I did this test I was watching my own webcam but I don’t think that will change it at all. As far as everyone out there that thinks that everyone else is doing wrong, then just talk to my wife, she is in a different country right now and has no problem with me recording our “sessions”. BTW nice site!! And please let me know if this helped anyone.
