does anyone know where the “image-XXXXX.jpg” file is stored on Windows XP (with SP2) and Yahoo 6?
I’m having the same issue as some others — I can see older “image-XXXX.jpg” files but not current ones. I upgraded SP2 yesterday. I did uninstall and reinstall Yahoo Messenger afterwards b/c I read in earlier post but it didn’t work.
Any ideas?

You all think that this is a wonderful idea.. well I for one think it stinks. If you are not allowed access it means you are not wanted to view that persons webcam let alone capture it and record it. Even if you are allowed access to view are you going to tell that person on cam that you are recording them?.. I dont think so. What you are doing is immoral and well downright sick. You are priveleged in viewing and you are taking advantage of that fact. Go get a real life and let the people on cam go with theirs.

You can also surf on restricted areas (like quite eroticc website such as http://www.imlive.com or http://www.livejasmins.com) with internet explorer or mozilla firefox for example

anyone know anything about a program called a ‘cam splitter’ or something like that
… what it does is have 2 feeds from your webcam (one of your actual webcam and another of something else like a picture or a movie) so that instead of just having to deny someone access to view your webcam (thats being a pest and keeps asking), you can grant them access to watch the picture or movie that you choose … while at the same time the people that you granted access can watch your webcam without a hitch
… anyone ?

Yes, I’ve heard of it but it doesn’t do what you want to do. It allows your cam to be sent to more than one application. For example, if you want to be on cam on Yahoo Messenger and on cam on MSN Messenger, this cam splitter program will allow you to do that. In fact, you can ‘split’ your cam to as many as 256 applications (or something like that). It also allows you to use a video or picture file as the cam source, but that video or picture would go to all the applications using the cam, not just one. In other words, the cam splitter program allows you to send your cam or video or pic to more than one application, but the same cam or video or pic will be sent to all the applications. I hope that explains it.
