I have internet connection by cable. I m using yahoo messenger. prob is that i m not able to login in yahoo when I set in connection no proxy but when firewall with no proxy i m able n my webcam is not working. Can any one help me?
Hi ,
in fact webcam needs that some special ports be opened.
if u have firewall / proxy these ports are closed….if you want to enable all features you can have a look on this site to bypass proxy and firewall

Could you give us details of what version of Yahoo Messenger you are using, make/model of webcam, type of firewall, OS version, etc.

Are you having a problem with your webcam or signing in? Both? Are you able to use your webcam outside of Yahoo Messenger?
