If I choose a Audio convo I’m fine we can hear each other. If I choose a Video convo with sound, we can see each other but can’t hear each other.
I’ve done the wizard and both our microphones are on with the volume up.
If I use version 7. we can get sound if I start an Audio and then invite a Video afterwards but I can’t see them.
What I want is to see and hear at the same time and not separate.Hello Furanku and welcome to BBB,

What kind of webcam do you have that you are using? Does it have integrated microphone? What version of messenger are you using? What type of internet connection do you use?

P.S. If you haven’t tried yet, it doesn’t hurt to search the forums for webcam issues others have had and they may relate and have possible remedy. Just a thought;)
