EDIT: Title changed. Please use descriptive titles.
Well, its because you’re site is designed to be viewed at 800×600, so any resolution larger then that would have the large white space… the way around this would be to not limit the width of your tables and allow them to stretch to the full size of the window.
Umm…no. I view at 1024×768 and it seems fine. The only white speace I see is the frame your main menu is in, only because it doesn’t have a BG. Other than that, everything looks good.
Now MY site is designed for 800×600.
Well I’m viewing at 1024X768 and I see a lot of white space where the frame menu is. I think what he wants to do is move the menu all the way to the right edge of the site and expand the frame things as well more to the right.
This is what it looks like for me. I circled what I’m guessing he wants to do. I’m guessing he justs needs to resize the menu frame and align everything to the right. That should do it.

At around line 110-112 listed above, change “640” to something else. There are two instances of it. The next cell in the same row is “53%” (line 180 shown below).
You’d want to adjust both of these values to make it look right. I might do 85% for the first one and 15% on the second but make sure the second cell doesn’t wrap.
